You own your Meta account
For security and compliance, your Meta Business Manager account must be owned by your company — you invite us as the integration developer. Meta bills its per-message fees directly to your card.
Message templates
Meta must approve business-initiated messages. Smart Automation and Custom Enterprise include up to 3 custom templates. Extra templates are R450R335 each.
Account compliance audit
If your existing Meta/Facebook account is banned, restricted or misconfigured, a R2,000R1,500 compliance audit & cleanup applies first. We resolve it with Meta before building.
Are there any hidden or monthly costs?
The Basic Chat Widget has no monthly platform fees. Smart Automation and Custom Enterprise need a third-party shared inbox provider (about R500–R1,400/month). Meta also charges a fraction of a cent per conversation directly to your card — but gives you 1,000 free service conversations every month.
Do you handle the Meta/Facebook approvals?
Yes. For Smart Automation and Custom Enterprise we manage the entire Meta Business verification. You just provide your company registration documents (CIPC) and a utility bill.
What happens if something breaks later?
Websites and APIs change constantly. Our support plans start at R750R560/month to keep your message gateways online, templates approved and automated flows up to date as your business changes.
